Terms of Use — Text Eraser for Photos
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Text Eraser for Photos (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). To the extent of any permitted conflict, the Apple Standard EULA will prevail.
2. Who We Are
The App is provided by Rohan Manocha (“we”, “us”, or “our”). For support, contact nyoargames@gmail.com.
3. Eligibility & Minimum Age
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have a parent/guardian’s consent to use the App. The App is not directed to children under 13.
4. License Grant & Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code except as permitted by law; (b) use the App for unlawful purposes; (c) bypass or interfere with security features; or (d) resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App.
5. User Content & Ownership
You retain all rights to the photos and content you process with the App. We do not claim ownership of your content. All image processing occurs on your device.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Do not upload, share, or create illegal or harmful content using the App.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the App.
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple. Available options:
- Free tier: Edit up to 5 photos.
- Weekly: $3.99
- Monthly: $7.99
- Yearly: $29.99
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under its policies.
8. Restore & Manage Subscriptions
You can restore purchases and manage or cancel your subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. The App also provides a “Restore Purchases” function as required by Apple policies.
9. Intellectual Property
The App (including its code, design, and branding) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. Apple, iOS, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may use iOS system components such as the photo picker and share sheet. Purchases are processed by Apple. We are not responsible for third-party terms or policies.
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Your use is at your sole risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App.
