NyoarGames ("we", "us", or "our") operates the VitaLiber mobile application (the "App"), available on Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

If you use the barcode scanning or text recognition features, the App accesses your device camera temporarily to scan book ISBNs or extract text. Images are processed on-device using Google ML Kit and are not transmitted to external servers or stored.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). This permanently removes your Firebase authentication data. Locally stored book data is removed when you uninstall the App.
You can export all your book data as a CSV file at any time from within the App, giving you full control over your data.

VitaLiber is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your authentication data is removed from Firebase. Locally stored data remains on your device until the App is uninstalled. Ad-related data is retained according to Google AdMob's policies.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own through our third-party service providers (primarily Google and RevenueCat, based in the United States). These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
